Responsibilities: User experience designer (IA / wireframing)

Project Objective: An investigation to explore how Land Rover could improve their current set of forms in terms of their value exchange, work flows and presentation

My key project tasks:

-Optimising the forms on Land Rover's global website in order to create a better user experience and support mobile devices

-Documenting and presenting Land Rover's current form implementation across 5 local markets

-Documenting and presenting best practice guidance, competitor analysis findings and recommendations to client

-Creating user journeys and process diagrams detailing user routes and interactions through the forms

-Designing and documenting a responsive solution for desktop and mobile

-Working as part of a team with developers and a senior UX designer to create the best solution
