Cathay Pacific

Environment: Agency

Project type: Global consumer Website

Responsibilities: Lead Experience Architect

Project Objective: Creating a new experience for Cathay Pacific customers with a responsive front end and the ability to cross-sell new products including hotel bookings and holiday packages.

- Designing the architecture for new areas of the site and documentation detailing future changes to the IA as other parts of the site were re-crafted in later releases

- Working with the clients, the product owner and BA’s to define requirements and create solutions within an agile environment

- Consulting with producer owner to help her better inform key business stakeholders about our completed work as well as new concepts and vision going forward

- Running workshops to understand how the business structured its ‘offers’ and present a vision and strategy back to key clients

- Defining the processes and documentation for sprints and for the project including; work practices with developers, working within a scrum team and presenting to the clients

- Helping develop a growing team of junior members, demonstrating leadership qualities through growing their confidence, skills an abilities
